Yesterday I posted concerning a Cash Michaels' column in which he mentioned "DA Mike Knifing." I've emailed Michaels to find out whether "Knifing" was a typo or what.
Meantime, an anonymous reader composed this wonderful takeoff on the song from Three Penny Opera. You all know it. Hum along as you read it.

I enjoyed the song and the posts. Such great humor, all initiated by one not attending to his spellchecker properly.
Your request to Cash Michaels for an explanation on Mike Knifing, probably won't be answered. Since there were no other misspellings I think it was a Freudian slip. He was probably thinking that when he typed it.
I am not Joan's twin. But to have you suggest it and to have Joan say she liked my song has made my day. Thanks for the kind words.
