Travel today, then posting

beginning about 7 pm EDT tonight.

The first post will be on yesterday's panel at Duke Law School.

Panel topic: “Why rape allegations against men’s lacrosse players became a national story on race, class and crime?”

The panelist, mostly MSM journalists, were for the most part predictable in what they said. Then the Q&A bagan and "the lights came on."

The N&O and Ashley's Herald Sun carry stories today but they both miss most of the "lighting effects."

Im my post, I'll focus guite a bit on "the lighting." I'll even tell you what some of the "lighting specialists" in the audience asked and said.

I also plan a seperate post on the comments of one panelist, N&O Managing Editor John Dresher. But I may not get that post up until tomorrow.
